Prepare dossiers for submission with a minimum of supervision Build relationships with registration officials and sales agents to ensure an efficient delivery of registrations. Customer Agronomist
The technical development agronomist plays an important role in driving superior sales performance by serving as the sales team agronomist. The agronomist will develop and lead an innovative training program to ensure sales teams and customers technical staff have the agronomic and product knowledge to grow the business. They will partner with the customer and sales manager to ensure that key elements of the sales plan and brand strategy are executed, evaluate agronomic and product skill set and training needs, and develop and implement a team training plan to support the area business plan,lead field trials,support and create brand awareness,also assist in documentation and investigation of customer complaints, as needed.
